Creative Lifeplaning is design to help you to make good priorities for the future by reflecting on you past and your now. The course takes you through a journey where we look at: 1. My history 2. My potential 3. My vision 4. My healthy lifestyle.
The course is developed by Paul Ch. Donders and you will listen to his teaching during the journey. It contains of eight films of 10-15 minutes. In the beginning of the course you will download your own workbook. The course guide you and give you the instruction needed to fill out all work assignment in your workbook. We will also ask you to read through the book Creative lifeplaning by Donders and some articles that are available in the course. We expect you to do all the assignment and come prepared when we meet for an “offline” training. This could be either individual or with a group.
